Our delivery partners will make 3 delivery attempts on consecutive days. If unsuccessful:

Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Sunday deliveries are available in select areas.

Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping takes 1-3 business days. You'll receive estimated delivery dates during checkout.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, you can change your shipping address within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact our customer service at +91 84465 54432 or email us at support@trendshoemart.shop. After 2 hours, changes may not be possible if the order has been processed.

Do you ship on Sundays and holidays?

We process orders Monday to Saturday. Delivery may be available on Sundays in metro cities through express shipping. No deliveries occur on national holidays.

What if I'm not available during delivery?

If you're not available, our delivery partner will:

  1. Leave a missed delivery card with contact information
  2. Attempt delivery on the next business day
  3. Hold the package at their local facility for pickup
You can also provide delivery instructions like "Leave with security/neighbor" during checkout.

Can I track my order in real-time?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and link. You can track your order in real-time on our website or the courier partner's website.

What are the shipping charges for returns?

For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we provide free return shipping. For other returns, return shipping charges apply as per our Return Policy.
